No Mongolians do not use chopsticks for eating, whereas most of East Asian cultures use chopsticks. We mainly eat with forks during our day to day lives.
However, if we are eating traditional foods such as Buuz, khuushuur, chanasan makh, etc we eat with our hands.
The only occasion where Mongolians will use chopsticks to eat is if we’re eating in East Asian restaurants like Korean, Chinese, Japanese etc.
